• Hannah Johnston is experiencing blood pressure issues. Please pray that her blood pressure will stabilize and that she will feel whole and strengthened as she cares for her newborn, Tommie Blake.

 

  • Remember Doris Abram in your prayers as she had surgery this week and will have a lengthy recovery. Pray for her healing, comfort, and strength during this time.

 

  • Kevin Kelly will have foot surgery on Monday. Please pray for a successful procedure, healing, and minimal pain during his recovery.

 

  • Please continue to pray for Margaret Rogers, Debbie Miller's mother, as she battles cancer and recovers from a serious fall. Lift up Debbie and the entire family as well, asking for strength, comfort, and peace as they care for Margaret during this challenging time.

 

  • Please keep Lanell Kilpatrick in your prayers. She had a pacemaker placed today at Baptist Hospital. Pray for a smooth recovery and healing in the days ahead.

 

  • Garner Peacock, the three-year-old son of Layken and Eric Peacock (friends of the McGees), remains hospitalized at Batson and is having a very difficult recovery. He has undergone a second surgery to place a feeding tube due to additional health complications that have developed during his hospital stay. Please keep Garner and his family in your prayers, asking for healing, strength, and recovery.

 

  • Thousands across our state are still without power and water, and many in North Mississippi have lost so much following last weekend’s winter storm. Please pray for restoration and peace for those affected, and for the linemen and electric crews who are working long hours in difficult conditions to serve and help others.

 

  • Ann Ellis met with a surgeon on Thursday to discuss treatment options following her breast cancer diagnosis. Please keep Ann and Dan in your prayers in the coming days, especially asking for complete healing for Ann.

 

  • John Pigg’s brother, Mickey Pigg, continues to face health struggles and continues to be hospitalized. Please keep Mickey in your prayers, asking for healing and peace. Also pray for John and the rest of the family as the doctors work with them to determine the best treatment plan.

 

  • Please continue to keep Stephon Young and his parents, Samantha and Stanley, in your prayers as he continues to grow in the NICU. Pray that he gains strength and weight quickly, and for his parents as they wait for him to come home.

 

  • Please keep Billy Conn in your prayers as he continues chemotherapy and will have a PET scan on February 12 to see how the treatment is working. Pray for healing and strength for Billy.

 

  • Please keep Shawn Nygard and his wife, Larkin, in your prayers in the coming days. Shawn, the preacher at the Maben Church of Christ, is still recovering from a massive stroke along with other health issues, and Larkin was in a serious automobile accident this week, facing a long recovery. Please pray for healing, strength, and comfort for both of them.

 

  • Please keep Alyssa Hipps and Lindsay Hayes, our expectant mothers, in your prayers, asking God to bless them with health, peace, and safe deliveries.

 

  • Casey Thompson has asked for prayers for her cousin, Hank Lawrence, who is in the hospital in St. Louis with an autoimmune liver disease and receiving dialysis. He is 35 and has a wife and two young daughters. Please pray for his healing and strength.

 

  • Please continue to pray for Lilly Jordan, the 12 year old niece of Kameron and Anna Jordan, as she continues to battle cancer.
